Policies & Procedures

Waiver Station Policy:
 - All Wide World of Indoor Sports (WWIS) guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to sign a liability waiver
 - All WWIS participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian
 - Waiver is valid for 1 year

Trampoline Policy:
 - Patrons must follow all written and verbal policies and instructions
 - DO NOT jump if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant
 - WWIS reusable grip safe trampoline friction socks must be worn at all times while jumping
 - Do not leave small children unattended

General Guest Policy:
 - No Consumption of alcohol or drugs is allowed prior to participating in any activity
 - WWIS is not responsible for lost or stolen items
 - WWIS is a smoke and tobacco-free facility
 - Noncompliance with any rule or policy may result in loss of participation privileges and refunds are not offered

Trampoline Safety Procedures:

Before You Jump:
- DO NOT jump if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant
- ALWAYS empty your pockets before jumping. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed on the trampolines
- Remove and store shoes away and wear grip safe socks at all times while jumping
- DO NOT leave small children unattended
- NO food or drink is permitted on the trampolines
- NO alcohol may be consumed prior to participation in any activity

While You Jump:
- DO NOT land on head or neck. NO DIVING!!!
- DO NOT affect another jumper's bounce in any way
- DO NOT enter the airbag until the landing area is clear
- DO NOT sit or lie down on the trampolines
- DO NOT jump if a Court Marshal is not present
- NO double flips
- NO back flips or forwards moving back flips ("gainers")
- NO rough or vulgar language
- NO climbing or hanging on the walls, pads, or nets
- ALWAYS remain in control
- ALWAYS walk on and off the trampolines
- ALWAYS follow the Court Marshal's directions
- ALWAYS one jumper at the time per trampoline lane and air bag

Patron Responsibility Code:
- Be aware of those around you, It is your responsibility to avoid others
- Jump and land on two feet
- Never hold anyone (including small children) when bouncing
- Master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving on to more advanced maneuvers such as trampoline-to-trampoline jumping, wall trampoline jumping, and aerial type of skills that will increase the risk of injury

- Jump in control at all times
- Bend your knees to stop your bounce
- Bounce in the center of your trampoline
